Our expertise encompasses three important fields
The indoor environment of buildings should be designed and controlled so that occupants’ comfort and health are assured at all times. The mechanical, electrical and public health systems in buildings are important elements in the design process.
Buildings are often established to serve a particular purpose. Secure and reliable operation of plant and equipment is a vital concern to management of the facility. Potential shortcomings in any of the installed engineering systems needs to be risk assessed.
Reducing a building’s energy cost has always been important part of the design process. However, current emphasis on this subject is now being driven by UK Statutory Regulations and European Commission Directives to a far greater extent.
