Certifying that a completed building meets the carbon emissions requirement of Building Regulations Part L.

Planning a new building or refurbishing an existing building requires accurate and complete carbon emissions calculations for compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations.  We can  can offer this service and additionally if considered necessary, use approved software tools to simulate energy consumption under dynamic conditions.

STOP PRESS: From April 2008 the selling and letting of a building will need an energy performance certificate prepared by a low carbon consultant.
